REQUEST A CASE REVIEW

Tell us what happened.
Request a conversation.

Complete the three parts below, then select Submit Request. Fields marked are required. Your email address is needed for the confirmation, even if you prefer a phone call. The office will use the contact information you provide to follow up about your inquiry.

YOUR INQUIRY0 of 5 essentials complete
01Your details

Enter your name and email, then choose how you prefer to be contacted. A phone number is required if you select Phone. Check your contact details carefully so the office can reach you.

02Your concern

Choose the topic closest to your concern. If several topics fit, describe them together in your summary. The property’s state and company names are optional, but they help the office understand where the matter arose and who is involved.

What to include in your summary

  1. The background: the purchase or project, company names, and approximate dates.
  2. The problem: what you expected, what happened, and any requests or replies so far.
  3. The help you want: your main question and any approaching date or notice.
See an example of a useful summary

Fictional example: “I signed an agreement for a solar installation in June. The installer said the system would be operating by August, but it has not been activated. My loan payments have started. I contacted the installer twice and have not received a clear answer. I would like help understanding the installation and payment issues.”

Use 20–3,000 characters. This form accepts a text summary, not attachments. Leave out account numbers and confidential records; ask the office how to share documents if requested.

03Your request

Review your contact information and summary. The checkbox allows the firm to contact you about this inquiry and confirms that you understand submission does not create an attorney-client relationship. Then select Submit Request and read the response on this page.

Have an approaching date or notice? Call (888) 742-2880 and identify it. Do not assume a submitted form means the firm has agreed to act by that date.

CALL, WRITE, OR SAVE OUR DETAILS

Prefer to speak
with the office?

Call to explain your concern or ask how to get started. You can also email a general inquiry. Save the firm’s contact card to keep the office details on your phone or computer.

If a date is approaching, call. Tell the office what the date concerns and whether you received a notice. A form submission does not confirm that someone will respond by a deadline.

An inquiry starts a conversation. Before relying on the firm to act, confirm whether it has agreed to represent you and what work it has agreed to handle.

Have these basics ready

  • The company or contractor names you know.
  • The property’s state and approximate dates.
  • The main problem and what help you want to discuss.

01Share a general summary

02Discuss any information needed

03Clarify the next agreed step

AFTER YOU SUBMIT

What happens next?
Understand each step.

Submitting a request gives the office a starting point. It is different from a completed legal review or an agreement to handle your matter. Here is how to understand the response and the conversation that may follow.

Check the submission response

After you submit, read the message on this page. A successful submission shows “Request received” and may include a reference number. The message also explains the status of the acknowledgment email. An email confirms receipt; it is not a decision about your matter.

  • Keep any reference number for a follow-up call.
  • If the status is uncertain, call the office to check before submitting again.

Discuss the concern and records

The office can use your summary to discuss the issue and identify any additional information needed. You may be asked about the companies, agreements, dates, payments, work, or responses involved. Explain what you know and what remains unclear.

  • Ask which documents would be useful and how to provide them.
  • Confirm who will follow up and how to reach the office with questions.

Clarify whether the firm can help

If representation is proposed, discuss the work the firm would handle, the fees and other costs, your responsibilities, and the next action. Ask questions until you understand the proposed agreement. A particular strategy or result is not guaranteed.

  • Confirm whether the firm has accepted your matter before relying on it to act.
  • Make sure you understand what is included and what remains outside the agreement.

HELP WITH YOUR INQUIRY

A few common questions,
answered clearly.

Open a question for practical help with the form or the next step. You can call the office if something is still unclear.

How much detail do I need, and can I attach documents?

Write a general summary of 20–3,000 characters. Include the company, approximate dates, what happened, and what you want help understanding. You can make an initial inquiry without a complete set of records.

The form does not accept attachments. Keep account numbers and confidential records out of the message. If documents are requested, ask the office how to provide them.

What if more than one topic fits my concern?

Choose the closest topic and explain the related issues in your summary. For example, a solar purchase can involve both an installation problem and a loan question. If another page selected a topic for you, you can change it before submitting. You do not need to determine which company is responsible before contacting the office.

What if I do not see a confirmation or receive an email?

Read the on-screen message first. If the page says “Request received,” your inquiry was received even if the acknowledgment email could not be confirmed. Check your inbox and spam folder, and keep any reference number shown.

If a message says the submission status is uncertain, call (888) 742-2880 before trying again. If you are unsure what happened, ask the office to check for your inquiry. A missing email alone does not establish whether a request was received.

Is there a charge for a review or legal work?

Ask the office whether an initial review has a charge. If representation is proposed, ask about attorney fees, other expenses, payment arrangements, and the work included. This page does not quote a fee or promise a free review. Discuss those details before agreeing to legal work.

Does submitting this form make me a client?

No. The form requests contact about your concern. Submission, an acknowledgment, or an initial conversation does not by itself mean the firm has accepted your matter or agreed to take action for you. Representation requires an agreement with the firm.

What if I have an approaching date or an urgent notice?

Call (888) 742-2880 and tell the office the date, the company involved, and what the notice concerns. Do not rely on a submitted form as confirmation that the firm will respond or act before that date. Ask whether the office can assist and what, if anything, it has agreed to do.
